The Clarity Session is a single, extended 1:1 conversation designed for those who have a specific situation, decision, or block they want to work through.

It's a complete, structured session that uses evidence-informed approaches to help you leave with genuine clarity and a clearer sense of how to move forward.

*1st Session of the 4 Session Package*

This is a structured, goal-oriented 1:1 session to help you understand what's keeping you stuck and move forward with clarity and direction.

What to expect:

- 4 × 55-minute 1:1 sessions via video call.

- Flexible scheduling: weekly or bi-weekly.

Booking your package

You are booking your first session as part of your 4 SESSION PACKAGE.

Your remaining session dates will be arranged once your client agreement has been signed, which will be sent to you within 24 hours of booking.

Please note that payment alone does not confirm your sessions. It is the combination of payment and a signed agreement that confirms we begin working together.

If you don’t complete the client agreement before the session, you will be refunded in full.

This is a structured, goal-oriented 1:1 session to help you understand what's keeping you stuck and move forward with clarity and direction.

What to expect:

- 6 × 55-minute 1:1 sessions via video call.

- Sessions occur bi-weekly.
