I’m Peter Jacobs, a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist and coach. I work with adults looking for practical, structured support with stress, anxiety, overthinking, confidence and performance pressure. I also offer sports hypnosis and mental strategies to improve sports performance.
You can start by booking an initial session. If we decide together that a package would be useful, the reduced package rate can be applied to future sessions.
First Session: 60–90 minutes
Book your first cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy session. This session gives us time to understand what has been happening, clarify what you want to change, and begin working with practical tools tailored to your goals. Please allow up to 90 minutes for the first session.

Initial Consultation
A free 20-minute call to discuss what has been happening, answer any questions, and decide whether cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy is the right fit. There is no obligation to book afterwards, it is simply a chance to understand the issue and agree a sensible next step.
