I am a counsellor and Nonviolent Communication practitioner who supports people navigating difficult relational dynamics. Many of the people I work with are exploring challenges around communication, self-worth, intimacy or conflict in relationships.

In our sessions we slow things down and gently explore what is happening beneath the surface, creating space for greater clarity, self-understanding and compassion.
